Being a FTWM I do not have time to cook his dinner daily. Therefore I prepare the potato meal for 2-3 days in advance, and store it in the fridge. For quick and effective daily variety, I simply add in some cheese or egg yolk or powdered anchovies.

Not the sliced type, those contain more salt and are more processed. Get the block types... look around in your supermarket, i am sure u will see what i mean
yeap, got it. seen the block ones before where u need to grate it yourself, not the slice ones.
ive been trying to get cottage cheese in KK but failed. need to try again this saturday, as they only have it at that shop:) thanks Q!
